SAM MARKET
Q: How do I fix the 505 Error after opening the SAM market?
A: All our devices are preloaded with SAM v4.0; however, you must update to SAM v4.3. You can locate this on the SAM website at www.slideME.org and locate SAM v4.3 on the lower bottom right corner, or you can download directly from www.slideME.org/sam2.apk. Once you have completed the download on your tablet, you must pull down your notification bar and install the newly downloaded SAM v4.3 apk file by clicking on it and following the on screen instructions.
WIRELESS
Q: How do I connect to my wireless network?
A: Go to Settings> Wireless and Network> ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on. Then click on Wi-Fi settings and select the wireless network you wish to connect to, input your Wi-Fi password (if available) and click the connect button.
Q: My device is connected but I cannot browse the internet.
A: In the unlikely even that you are still experiencing difficulty connecting, this may be a communication error between your unit and your router. You can resolve this by performing a hard reset
1. Power down your Sylvania device.
2. Find the wireless router and unplug its power cord for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
3. Wait approximately 20 seconds for the lights to illuminate on your router.
4. Power on your Sylvania device and try to connect once again.
BATTERY
Q: What type of battery is used in the device? How long should the battery last? Is the battery replaceable?
A: This tablet has a Lithium Ion battery, which should last for about 3 hours during normal use. Digital Gadgets does not support any replacement of the included battery and opening the casing to remove or change batteries will result in a void of the warranty.

A: Apps for this device is available on the SlideMe website at www.slideme.org.
Q: How do I download apps?
A: In order for you to install apps on your tablet, click on the SlideMe icon, which is located on your tablet. For updated versions of SlideMe, you can also go to the SlideMe website at www.slideme.org and download SAM 4.3. Once SAM 4.3 is installed you will be able to browse the app store and download apps. You will need to purchase an SD card to install apps.

Q: I have reached a screen without a back button and I want to go back a screen.
A: The power button on the back of the device will take you back in the event no back button appears on your touchscreen.
Q: I can only hear my headphones playing in one ear.
A: Make sure your headphones are completely and fully plugged into the headphone jack, which is the circular jack in the middle of all the ports.
